With our SUP courses, in the calm bay of Los Cristianos beach in 2 hours, we will give you in a short time the opportunity to practice SUP in complete autonomy and safety with the best material.

This sup lesson is for everyone, we will teach you all the technical, practical and theoretical skills to make you love this sport.

By attending our courses you will acquire mastery and control of the board to feel stable and safe in the water. Lessons can be booked individually.
