        1. Management of reservations: to Process your request booking surf lessons, equipment hire, hiking, kayaking/SUP, or other contracted services.

        1. Shipping photos: Manage the delivery of the photographs taken during the activities (service included in our packs), with the consent or performance of the contract.

        1. Commercial communications: In the event that you have given us your explicit consent (for example, subscribing to a newsletter), to send you information about offers, promotions and news of our services.

        1. Legal compliance: to Comply with tax obligations, accounting and administrative.

      What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

      The legal basis for the processing of your data depends on the purpose:

         

          • Execution of a contract: For the management of the reserves of classes and activities. Without these data, we couldn’t provide the service.

            • Images taken during the classes will be retained for a limited period of time to allow its download by the students and will be subsequently deleted, except for those selected for promotion with express consent.

          Your data will not be transferred to third parties, except legal obligation. However, to provide our services to you, we may share data strictly necessary for service providers who act as Managers of the Treatment (for example, hosting providers, web platforms, reservations management, management fiscal), who are committed to regulatory compliance in terms of data protection.

            7. Treatment of Images (Photos and Videos)

            As part of the “Experience Shaka Surf”, our instructors can take photos and videos during the classes for subsequent delivery free of charge to students as a memento.

               

                • When you hire the service, it is understood that the imaging is part of the execution of the contracted service for your private use (the memory of the student).

                • For the use of these images on our website or social media for promotional purposes, will always be asked for your express consent in advance.

              8. Security of Data

              Shaka Surf Tenerife has implemented the technical security measures and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and avoid their alteration, loss and treatment and/or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.
